Is not just another Gimmick it has been scientifically proved that the Circulatory and respiratory systems are Connected what happens to one the other follows As your breathing quickens your heart rate increases, So if you breath slower your heart rate decreases

  • Which in turn:
  • lowers Blood pressure

  • Reduces Anxiety
If your heart or blood pressure is high you have nothing to lose its Free, so give some Breathing Exercises a go

In Crisis Mode, our breathing can become shallow and rapid even to the point of Hyperventilating. Deep breathing ensures that carbon dioxide releases slowly and prevents hyperventilation Have you ever watched a baby breathe? A baby breathes with his or her whole body. They breathe using deep belly breathing using the lungs, diaphragm, belly, chest, and back in Fact everything moves, and the internal organs get a good massage.

But as we grow and become adults, the constant stresses in our lives cause us to change from breathing deeply to shallow chest breathing. We literally forget the right way to breathe!

Se what are the benefits of deep belly breathing?

One of the main benefits is "organ massage". During deep belly breath, the diaphragm massages the internal organs around the stomach. This helps digestion, elimination and blood flow to these organs.

Deep breathing also has a calming effect on the mind. It helps you to stay relaxed and focused even in the most stressful situations. It can literally help you "relax" your way out of crisis mode!

Finally, when you pair deep breathing with Nose Breathing, your lungs will thank you! The hairs in your nostrils filter out particles of dust and dirt, preventing them from getting into your lungs, and also humidify the air you inhale-just like your lungs like it!

I'm not saying come off any prescribed Drugs that your doctor has put you on but give these Exercises a go and see what the results are you may over a short period of time may not need the drugs or such a big Dosage
