I have recently listened to This free Meditation, which is part of the Core Energy Technique.
I was first drawn to it because I really liked the name,and the web site and i feel has a holistic, energetic approach and
20 minutes is just right if you have like a lot of people a busy work schedule
By the time evening comes I feel the need for some form of 're-centering, and easing out the day's stresses reconnecting within. And also, I must admit, Not having to thinkabout what you are doing,
In my opinion this is excellent to learn meditation whether one is a beginner or a long-time meditator. It also proves to be a source of pain relief!
This meditation is a guided meditation.
This is perfect,for any one that has had a stessfull day being guided inside.
I find the process wholesome, involving energetic pathways, really in tune with my Tai Chi practice. Peaceful and nurturing, easy to follow instructions, yet energising.
This technique goes a lot further than appears at first glance.... And could become one's holistic approach to self-development.

It shows you how to release any unwanted thought or belief. It works on negative emotions: anxiety and stress, anger, depression and guilt.
