Exercise to some people can be a very much a No word
I don’t do exercises! that’s fine no one is pushing anyone into a situation they feel uncomfortable with we are trying to keep your stress levels down not raise them The idea is to do something that will keep you occupied and try to keep your thinking patterns on something that you can do and enjoy I could write out a whole list of things for you to do, but at the end of the day only you can determing what is best, For the not so energetic just try walking, if you are on your own there are a lot of rambling groups that will arrange a walk for you from the very easy to the more difficult, its all about having a sense of purpose in your life,
Hobbies like Fishing how more relaxing can that be sitting by the banks of a river or lake, or try Fly fishing which can involve standing and sometimes walking alng the lake or river banks, with a big plus of taking home a Trout, or Salmon what could be more healthier than that with some Rice and side salad

What about cycling over the years there have been a lot of unused Railway lines that have been turned into Cycle paths so you are away from busy traffick, and pollution,
My favourite is cycling along the Canal System that we have in the U.K always something of interest to watch.
How about one of the biggest stress busters of all time Tai Chi
Tai Chi and Qigong requires you to keep mind, body,and breathing in harmony while some times moving in a rhythmical way,which seems effortless or try one of the many Qigong Exercises These dont have to be difficult on the contrary its sometimes the simple exercises that create more effect With regular practice, you relax the mind and body keeping stress and tension at bay.
