If you think that Tai Chi is only for old people or those who don't want to do arduous exercises, think again! It is now being recommended as one more fitness alternative for pregnant women for the reason that it is gentle and slow-moving.







Tai Chi has many benefits. In China, people believe that Tai Chi

A research conducted at Emory University in 1996 proved that practicing Tai Chi helped reduce the chances of falling by almost 50%.
